These terms govern the use of this informational website and the submission of quote requests. Website information is not a binding offer until we confirm a quote in writing.

3. Quotes and lead times

  • Each project is quoted individually according to technology, material, volume, time and post-processing.
  • Lead times are estimates and depend on complexity, workshop load and material availability.
  • The final price and lead time are those stated in the quote accepted by the customer.

4. Intellectual property

  • You declare that you have the right to use and send us the files and designs you share.
  • We reserve all rights over the designs, code, content and brand of The Big Maker's S.A.S.. Designs developed for you are transferred upon full payment, as agreed in the quote.

5. Limitation of liability

Quotes requested through the website are subject to technical review of the 3D models and files received, and to material availability. Parts are made to the specifications received; the customer must verify the design is suitable for its end use. Consumer rights under Law 1480 of 2011 remain where applicable.

6. Use of the site

Use the site lawfully. Texts, images and marks may not be reproduced without authorization, except as permitted by law.

7. Personal data

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. You may contact us first and, if unresolved, the SIC or the competent courts.

We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page.
