2. Legal framework

This policy follows Article 15 of the Colombian Constitution, Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015. The supervisory authority is the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

3. Data we collect and purpose

  • Contact form: name, email, project type and message; phone is optional.
  • Technical files you choose to send us (designs, STL/STEP, Gerber) in order to quote your project.

We use them only to:

  • Manage your quote requests and commercial contact.
  • Provide digital manufacturing and 3D printing services.
  • Comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations, and handle requests and complaints.

We do not sell your data and we do not collect sensitive data or data of minors.

4. Authorization

We process your data only with your prior, express and informed authorization, given by ticking the checkbox in the contact form. You may revoke it at any time by writing to the email above, unless a legal or contractual duty requires us to keep the information.

5. Your rights

  • Know, update, rectify and delete your data.
  • Request proof of the authorization granted.
  • Be informed about how your data has been used.
  • File complaints with the SIC.
  • Revoke the authorization and/or request deletion when legal principles are not respected.
  • Access your personal data free of charge.

Queries are answered within 10 business days (extendable by 5) and claims within 15 business days (extendable by 8), as set by Law 1581.

6. Processors and third parties

  • Hosting: Hostinger, where form messages are stored.
  • Email: the email provider associated with our domain.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): only if you start the conversation.

Some providers may store data outside Colombia; we require adequate protection levels.

7. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures. We keep data while needed for the purposes above and legal deadlines, then delete or anonymize it.
